Who we are

Life-Change Playbooks is operated by BNX Technologies LLC, Medina, Ohio. These terms are between you and BNX Technologies LLC. Write to admin@bnx-nextgen.com with any question about a purchase, a refund, or these terms.

What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the playbook software for your own family's needs, not a printed book and not a professional service.

• One playbook: the tasks, documents, notification lists, deadlines, and guides for that one situation, open to the account you bought it with.
• The bundle: all six playbooks, open to the same account, at one price.
• Each purchase is a one-time charge. Nothing here is a subscription, nothing renews on its own, and we will never charge your card again without you starting a new purchase.
• The licence is for you. You may use it for the estates and matters you are handling yourself; you may not share your sign-in, resell the playbooks, or rebuild them into another product.

What arrives when you pay

The playbooks unlock as soon as your payment is approved, usually within a few seconds of checkout. We send a receipt to the email address you gave at checkout.

If you paid without creating an account, register with that same email address and your purchase will be waiting for you. If the sign-in email differs from the one you paid with, write to admin@bnx-nextgen.com and we will match the purchase to you.

If a playbook does not unlock after a successful payment, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are the total you pay at checkout. Payment is taken on our payment provider's secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card number.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

Refunds

If the playbooks are not what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount, whatever stage you have reached in the playbook. Email admin@bnx-nextgen.com with the email address you paid with, and the order or receipt number if you have it.

• The refund goes back to the card you paid with. We issue it promptly; how quickly it appears is up to your bank or card issuer, and can take several business days.
• Once a purchase is refunded, access to that playbook closes.
• A bundle is refunded as a whole. If you want to keep one playbook and refund the rest, a bundle purchase cannot be split: ask us and we will work out the fair price of what you keep.
• After 14 days we do not refund simply because you changed your mind. Where the law gives you a right to cancel, or where a playbook has failed and we cannot put it right, that right is unaffected.
• Please write to us before asking your bank to reverse a charge. We can usually settle it faster than a dispute can.

What this is not

The playbooks are self-help software. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and using them does not create an attorney-client relationship with BNX Technologies LLC or anyone else.

Deadlines, thresholds, and procedures are drawn from the Ohio Revised Code and federal rules as of October 2026 and can change or apply differently to your facts. Confirm every date and filing with the probate court or a licensed attorney in your state before you rely on it. You own and are responsible for every decision and filing.

Your account

Keep your password and the facts you enter to yourself: your answers may name living people, assets, and account details. You are responsible for what happens through your sign-in.

We may suspend or close an account used to attack the service, to copy the playbooks out, or to share one purchase among many people.

Your data

What you enter belongs to you. How we handle it is set out in the privacy policy, and how the app protects it in the security policy. You can delete an estate at any time from inside the app.

Changes to the service and to these terms

We keep improving the playbooks: tasks are added, deadlines are revised, and guides are rewritten as the law moves. A change to these terms is posted here with a new effective date, and we email account holders when it is significant.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Nothing here takes away a consumer right you have where you live.
